Ryan is a dad of three, Founder of Dadfit, former pro cricket player, and a coach, speaker and facilitator.
Ryan ended his award-winning professional cricket career at 26 to pursue a career contributing to social change.
He founded and led the education-focused charity Batting for Change before spending two years studying public policy and leadership at Harvard as a John Monash Scholar.
Ryan then returned to advise Australia’s leading organisations as a strategy consultant and leadership coach.
Ryan leads a growing community on a mission to make dadding a team sport again as Founder of Dadfit.
Ryan works with passionate, thoughtful people to achieve outstanding results, nurture their communities, and find purpose and fulfilment. His clients come from a variety of backgrounds, including business executives, elite athletes, artists and social activists.
Ryan is a speaker and facilitator known for combining personal stories with data-driven insights and powerful questions to make people think, feel, and remember what matters.
Ryan lives in Melbourne with his wife, Sarah, and three kids. He has an exceptional knowledge of Bluey episodes and inner north playgrounds.
