Ryan Carters

Ryan is a dad of three, Founder of Dadfit, former pro cricket player, and a coach, speaker and facilitator.

Ryan ended his award-winning professional cricket career at 26 to pursue a career contributing to social change.

He founded and led the education-focused charity Batting for Change before spending two years studying public policy and leadership at Harvard as a John Monash Scholar.

Ryan then returned to advise Australia’s leading organisations as a strategy consultant and leadership coach and in 2023 founded Dadfit.
